1: Account Setup
Our onboarding team will set up your new UnaVista account for MiFID II reporting, and configure it to meet the specific requirements of your organisation. Processes for regular automated uploading of your reporting data into the UnaVista system will also be established.
2: Secure Login
All your registered administrators and users will then receive secure personal login credentials. On their first login to UnaVista, each user receives a welcome email with links to UnaVista documentation, training materials, and support information.
3: User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Once logged in, your users have access to our UAT environment, which lets you simulate and test your MiFID II reporting process, using your own real-world data. Several weeks of internal testing by your users within the UAT environment is required before the MiFID II go-live on 3 January 2018.
4: End User Training
Training is a vital part of getting your team ready for MiFID II. As well as user guides and training videos, we provide regular live training sessions via WebEx, so your team can learn quickly without disrupting their work. If your users also require wider MiFID II compliance training, this will also be provided.
5: Production Readiness Checklist
UnaVista’s checklist makes preparing for go-live much easier. Follow the recommended steps to ensure all your reporting administrators are prepared, users have completed training, testing has been completed (both functional and regulatory), and data connectivity is working correctly.
6: Reporting Go-Live
UnaVista will then confirm the agreed transition date of your reporting platform, from testing to production status. At this time, all users will receive upgraded production credentials. Once your account is activated, you are ready to submit data to the regulator.
7: Post Go-Live Support
You will be assisted by our UnaVista Support team on an ongoing basis. In the final run-up to the MiFID II reporting go-live date and beyond, our experts will be on hand to answer your questions via email or telephone.
